REFUND POLICY: All sales are final with no refunds on custom eye wear, contact lens, and exam fee charges. Unopened and unexpired boxes of contacts may be returned for an in store credit.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy: Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 817-439-5400 for charges.

Some contact lens orders may be eligible for free shipping and handling based on the order volume and this usually is applicable to contact lens annual supply orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax when applicable. Prescription contact lenses and prescription eyewear do not have sales tax applied in the state of Texas.
